Bradley Systems

Bradley Systems has been manufacturing commercial and industrial cleaning solutions since 1991.


In 1997 we asked Hertz to consider using our products for cleaning rental cars. They gave us a very specific challenge: Create a cleaning solution that was at least as effective as their current cleaner, but had the added benefit of:

  • Leaving no harmful toxins or residue for rental car customers
  • Carrying no health warnings
  • Requiring no personal protection equipment

This required us to reformulate our all purpose cleaner and degreaser to:

  1. Achieve a 0-0-0-0 on the HMIS (Hazardous Material Identification System)
  2. Be Just as effective as always

We succeeded. And RTX-9 was born. The safety standards of RTX-9 are the same standards used to create:
